Telecom network infrastructure is the core of what OTS delivers: end to end scope, from the initial survey and design through to installation, testing and handover. Our teams work across fixed and mobile networks for operators, contractors and enterprise clients throughout Jordan and the Middle East.
Nothing is installed before the route is understood. We survey the site or the corridor, record what is already in the ground, and produce the design and drawings the project is built from. Getting this stage right is what keeps later variations and reworks down, and it is the cheapest point at which to solve a problem.
We install the ducting and cable routes that carry transmission between nodes — including the excavation, chambers and reinstatement, delivered by the same crews that handle our civil works and construction scope. Keeping civil and cabling under one contract removes the interface where programmes usually slip.
Our transmission work covers both copper and fibre. Copper still carries a large share of installed access plant and has to be maintained and extended; fibre is where new capacity is built. Where a project is fibre from end to end, our fibre optic solutions scope covers it in more depth.
The last mile is where most of the practical difficulty sits — access, permissions, building entry and reinstatement. We deliver last mile connectivity into premises for operators and directly for enterprise clients, including the internal routing that gets a service to the point it is actually needed.
Fixed and mobile networks make different demands. Fixed access is largely a civil and cabling problem. Mobile adds structures, RF alignment and work at height, which our wireless and tower services teams handle. We work across both, and on projects that combine them — a fibre backhaul run terminating at a mobile site is one job, not two contracts.
Every project is executed to international quality and safety standards. Transmission systems and the media that carry them are specified in the ITU-T G-series recommendations, and operator acceptance criteria are typically built on top of that baseline.
Work is tested before it is handed over, and full documentation and as built records are provided on completion. As built records matter more than they are usually given credit for: they are what the next contractor, and your own maintenance team, will rely on years later. A network that is documented is a network that can be extended without survey work being repeated.
