Our wireless and tower services cover complete mobile site delivery: site acquisition support and survey, foundations and civil works, tower and mast erection, antenna and RF equipment installation, alignment and commissioning. One contractor, from an empty plot to a site carrying traffic.
Before anything is built, the site has to be viable — physically, legally and from an RF point of view. We support the acquisition process and carry out the survey that confirms access, ground conditions and what the structure will have to accommodate.
A tower is only as good as what it stands on. Foundations are sized to the structure and the ground, and we deliver them along with the access, fencing and security works the site needs. This is the same capability described under civil works and construction.
We erect towers and masts, from greenfield builds to structures added to existing buildings and compounds. Work at height is the highest-risk part of any wireless and tower services scope, and our crews are trained and equipped for it.
Antennas and RF equipment are installed, aligned and commissioned. Alignment is not a formality — azimuth and tilt determine whether a cell covers what it was designed to cover, and small errors show up later as coverage complaints rather than as installation faults.
We support new site rollout as well as the upgrade or swap of existing sites. Swap work is the harder discipline: the site is live, subscribers are on it, and the window to take equipment down is limited. We plan these with minimum disruption to live service as the constraint the method statement is built around.
Mobile network generations and their radio interfaces are specified by 3GPP, and equipment vendors publish their own installation and commissioning requirements on top. We build to the operator’s standard for the site in question.
Our crews are trained and equipped for safe work at height. That covers climbing, rescue capability, rigging, and the discipline of not improvising when conditions change. Safe work at height protects the crew first, and it also protects the programme — an incident stops a rollout far longer than a careful method does.
Wireless and tower services connect to the rest of our scope. Telecom network infrastructure and fibre optic solutions deliver the backhaul into the site, electromechanical works provides the power and cooling, and operations and maintenance keeps it running afterwards.
